To protect privacy, users and experts remain anonymous to one another until a match is confirmed. Identifying details are shared only after both sides agree to connect.

We share information only as needed to provide the Service (for example, with a matched expert), to comply with the law, or with service providers who support our operations.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may delete your account at any time.
